GETTING
PRE-APPROVED
The first step to purchasing real estate is establishing the necessary financing. We have a strong relationship with one of the top mortgage lenders in the nation, so we are happy to start you in the right direction!
THE SEARCH FOR
YOUR DREAM HOME
After establishing your finances, it’s time to identify your purchasing criteria and desires. Now is when we can have a little fun; we will begin our search to find you your ideal space!
WRITING
THE OFFER
Once the perfect property has been found, it’s time to get down to the nitty-gritty; we will write the initial offers & begin negotiation. Once our offer is accepted, this is referred to as opening escrow!
ESCROW PERIOD
& CLOSING
While making sure that the purchase is perfect for your needs, including seller disclosures and inspections, this period is when we fulfill all of the contractual terms that we have agreed upon. Once all is said and done, you’ll have the keys to your new home!
